(519) 577 7571

Alyssa is an empathic therapist-in-training with a passion for supporting children, teens, and young adults. Drawing on her background in ministry leadership, summer camp settings, and early childhood nature-based learning, she brings a unique, integrative approach to therapy. Alyssa believes in the power of creativity, storytelling, and connection to foster healing and resilience.

She works with neurodivergent individuals, those experiencing anxiety or emotional dysregulation, self-esteem challenges, and those navigating life transitions. Alyssa creates a nurturing, supportive environment where individuals can explore their emotions, build emotional awareness, and develop healthy coping strategies.

Her approach blends evidence-based practices like DBT and SFBT with creative therapies like play-based therapy and narrative therapy, ensuring therapy feels relevant and engaging. With a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and person-centered approach, Alyssa supports others in discovering resilience, emotional well-being, and self-compassion. Through storytelling, play, and a holistic approach, she works to create a safe space where you can explore and grow.
