After years of teaching yoga, helping people build their mind-body connection, I recognized the need for deeper processing of what was clearly surfacing during the practice. I also recognized how limited my scope was as an instructor, and so I trained in Trauma Sensitive Yoga and eventually went back to school for Psychotherapy. I still teach and practice yoga and love to incorporate it's philosophy and mindfulness practices into my therapy sessions.

I love to witness my clients find self-compassion, or a moment of awareness that helps them to step out of limiting patterns or negative self-talk, that may have been keeping them stuck. My aim is to help you to move from a place of limitation, pain or confusion, to one of possibility, clarity and choice.

Outside of therapy, I'm an avid traveller and love taking myself on new adventures around the world and out into nature.
