Is your child or teen overwhelmed by big emotions, social challenges, or anxiety? Or are you a young adult feeling lost during life transitions? I’m here to help.
With 7+ years of experience, I support children (3+), teens, and young adults (19 to 23) dealing with anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma, grief, bullying, self-esteem issues, and life changes.
Using humor and creativity, I weave in play therapy and creative tools like art to offer younger clients a safe space to express themselves without pressure to talk. For teens and young adults, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person Centered Therapy, creating a supportive environment to explore their feelings and build coping skills.
Grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, and trauma informed practices, I provide culturally sensitive care in both English and Urdu.
As a South Asian woman and economic immigrant, I understand how culture, race, and religion shape our experiences, and I’m committed to decolonizing mental health.
