Your wellness journey is unique and ongoing, with certain stretches proving more challenging than others. Fortunately, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I would be honoured to accompany you, bringing clinical knowledge, compassion, and respect to help you achieve meaningful progress in areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and relationships.

Here, you can speak openly, free of judgement, knowing nothing is too shocking, complex, or shameful to explore. This is a space where you’ll be truly seen and supported, just as you are. If receiving support from me on your journey interests you, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to learning more about you!
