I became a mental health professional after a previous career in publishing. My particular emphasis is psychospiritual therapy, as I believe that the needs of one’s soul are critical to holistic care alongside their emotional, psychological, and physical wellbeing. I work with clients of all, and no, faith traditions. At heart, I am a storyteller who is deeply curious about the ways that we make sense of our lives through narrative. In therapy, I’m honoured to hear the stories that my clients tell about themselves and witness how those stories can shift and grow as new insights emerge and as existing strengths and resilience are recognized, reclaimed, and built upon.
