Hi, I’m Caroline! It’s lovely to meet you! I grew up as a mixed-race Filipino-Guyanese child in Toronto to a single mother and working-class immigrant family in the 90s and early 2000s, and I know first-hand what it's like to stand out and be different. I, myself felt that I was never seen, heard, or understood. I know how it feels to have the eldest daughter syndrome, to be invalidated, pressured by family and societal expectations, and to have a sense of non-belonging. Above all, I know what it's like to never feel good enough.

My lived experiences and identity drive my passion to offering empathetic, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and intersectional mental health care to Asian-Canadian adults. I aim to support you in navigating your unique journey with compassion, relatability, and understanding.
