I am passionate about helping people work through issues with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, building better boundaries, and managing their self-care. I am excited to work with anyone who is ready to break their intergenerational cycles and begin to heal and thrive. I'm a mom of two teenagers, and my family loves to eat delicious food and travel.
