Hi! I’m Chloe, a therapist passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and helping them feel more connected to themselves and others. I was drawn to this work through a combination of personal experiences, deep and genuine care for others, and a desire to create safe, nonjudgmental spaces where people feel seen and supported.

What I love most about being a therapist is witnessing growth and resilience. It’s incredibly meaningful to walk alongside clients as they uncover new insights, heal old wounds, and develop tools to navigate their lives with more clarity and confidence.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I tailor my work to each person’s unique story and draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy. I also value cultural sensitivity and often integrate clients’ personal or spiritual beliefs into the work when appropriate.
