If you are on this page, maybe you are at a point of transition in your life, whether that be the beginning of a new job, the end of a relationship, or a new revelation about yourself and your identity. Maybe you want to break free from cycles of anxiety and people-pleasing. I am here for you and want to support you in your journey of gaining insight and living the life you want to live! I provide online therapy for individuals navigating LGBTQ2S+ identity and issues, transition, anxiety, people-pleasing, and self-discovery in Ontario.
Using acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and humanistic therapy, we will collaboratively discover ways to work toward a more meaningful life. Every person's needs and wants are different, so I would be happy to talk more with you about what therapy would look like.
As a queer and transgender person of colour, I understand what it can feel like to be unseen and unheard. I hope to create an environment where you can be seen and understood. Deciding to take that step forward to make yourself a priority is a courageous decision, and I would be honoured to be a part of your journey!
