Registered Psychotherapist # 13710

Status:

Accepting New Clients

As someone who comes from a community where seeking therapy can feel unfamiliar or even discouraged, I understand the strength it takes to reach out for support—especially when our stories, identities, and struggles have not always been seen or valued. When I first experienced the power of a healing space that honored all of who I am, it became clear just how vital that kind of care is. That experience fuels my commitment to offering the same for others.

I strive to create a warm, culturally affirming space where individuals can show up as their full selves—without judgment, without having to explain, and without leaving parts of their identity at the door. In our work together, we’ll explore the parts of you that are yearning to be seen, the strengths that have carried you, and the possibilities for growth, rest, and healing.

I am a registered psychotherapist with a background in medicine, and I bring a holistic, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive lens to therapy. My approach honours the complexity of your lived experience and centers care, connection, and curiosity. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity, intergenerational stress, or simply seeking a space that feels like home, I’m here to walk beside you.
