I am a Deaf Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), enrolled with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am also trilingual: Quebec Sign Language (LSQ), written English and written French.
I offer text therapy in English or French, virtual therapy using LSQ, and closed captioning supported talk therapy with text-to-voice in English or French, depending on your preferences. I'd be happy to book you a free video or text consultation with me to see what working with me could be like.
As a Deaf individual who is functionally mute, I have a deep understanding of the personal and social challenges faced by those with disabilities, including experiences of discrimination, communication barriers, financial constraints and difficulties in accessing accessibility services and accommodation measures. My belief is that mental health services should be accessible and afforable to everyone who needs it, because each people have their own story to tell.
Outside of therapy, I like to curl up with graphic novels, watch informative or cat-aligned youtube videos with closed captions on, or play monster taming or pet games on my Switch. I also enjoy cooking and autumn aesthetics.

I seek to support people with disabilities or suffering from chronic illnesses and those who have sleeping problems. I also support those who are challenged by anxiety, stress, perfectionism, procrastination and/or self-esteem issues in their daily lives, those who wishes to develop coping skills, and those undergoing a life transition.
