As a Jamaican-Canadian therapist, I was drawn to this work by my own lived experiences navigating trauma and systemic barriers. I became a therapist to create the kind of safe, culturally grounded space I once needed myself. I support individuals, couples, and families using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches like EMDR, EFT, and CBT—always honouring each person’s unique story. I love helping clients reconnect with their resilience and feel truly seen. Outside of therapy, I’m a proud mom of two boys and I am deeply passionate about making mental health care more accessible to marginalized communities.
