I came to this work in mid-life, drawn by a deep desire to walk alongside people in their most difficult moments. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a straight line—it was shaped by my own experiences of loss, transition, and the search for meaning. Those seasons taught me what it’s like to feel untethered, and how powerful it can be to have someone present with you in the uncertainty.
I work from an existential, process-oriented approach, which means I’m less interested in labels and more focused on helping you make sense of your story—what matters most to you, who you’re becoming, and how you want to live. I see myself as a fellow traveler for a time, offering perspective, emotional presence, and space to rediscover who you are during and after life’s major transitions—divorce, grief, aging, or identity shifts.
What I love most about this work is witnessing people reclaim their inner ground. It’s meaningful and humbling to sit with someone as they grieve, question, grow, and gradually come back to life on new terms.
Outside of work, I enjoy writing, meaningful conversations, and spending time with family. I’m grounded in my faith, grateful for moments of humor and connection, and always learning from the people I meet.
