I’ve often been the person friends turn to for emotional support—whether they’re navigating personal struggles or relationship challenges. Creating a warm, non-judgmental space where people feel safe to share has always come naturally to me, and over time, that instinct evolved into a deep passion for mental health and human connection.
That passion led me to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Education with a specialization in Counselling Psychology. From the start, I knew I wanted to work in private practice, where I could support both individuals and couples in a more personalized and meaningful way.
Outside of my work, I’m someone who finds joy in creativity and connection. I love to read, write, paint, play video games, spend time outdoors, and get lost in the imaginative world of Dungeons & Dragons with friends. These interests keep me grounded, inspired, and curious—qualities that I bring into my practice every day.
I’m also a lifelong learner, always looking for new insights and tools to better support my clients. Whether through books, workshops, or professional courses, I’m committed to continuous growth, both personally and professionally.

Focuses:
I work with both individuals and couples navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, low motivation and procrastination, self-esteem issues, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and suicidal ideation. As an LGBTQ+ therapist, I’m also deeply committed to providing inclusive and supportive care to individuals within the community.
In my work with couples, I help partners address communication breakdowns, manage conflict more effectively, rebuild emotional connection, and develop a deeper understanding of one another. My goal is to create a space where both individuals feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward meaningful change together.
