Are you feeling weighed down by anxiety, family expectations, or the challenge of balancing different parts of who you are? Maybe you’ve felt misunderstood or that your needs aren’t always seen. As a queer woman of colour, I understand how complex these experiences can be. You deserve a space where you can be yourself, without fear of judgment; a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
I became a therapist because I recognize how important it is for folks to have a space where they feel safe, seen, and supported. This understanding motivated me to pursue therapy as a way to intentionally create that kind of space. I’m passionate about supporting racialized individuals and LGBTQIA+ folks, recognizing the unique challenges these identities may face.
In sessions, I draw on approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and SFBT to support you in ways that feel collaborative and manageable. What I appreciate about this work is helping folks feel more connected to themselves and their strengths, while creating a space where they don’t have to carry things alone.
If this sounds like it might be the right fit, I’d be happy to connect for a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your therapy needs and how I can support you.
