It takes courage to reach out for support, and I recognize that sometimes the process can feel overwhelming. My goal as a therapist is to create a space that feels warm, compassionate, and safe, where you feel seen and empowered. In our initial sessions, we’ll take time to build trust and get to know each other, creating the foundation for meaningful and collaborative work. As we move forward, I will draw from a range of approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy to shape our work around what feels most meaningful and supportive for you.

While I work with a variety of concerns, I also specialize in supporting individuals navigating religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and the often complex process of faith deconstruction. Whether you’re processing experiences rooted in evangelical purity culture or unpacking messages about identity, sexuality, and self-worth, I offer a non-judgmental space where you can explore your story with honesty and care.

At the heart of my approach is the belief that every person holds an innate capacity for healing, growth, and transformation. My role is not to “fix” you, but to support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom and uncovering the parts of you that already hold strength, clarity, and resilience. Each part of you holds a story, and when we listen with curiosity and compassion, every story begins to make sense.

I am honoured to walk alongside you as you deepen self-trust, heal, grow, and build a life that is rooted in authenticity and aligned with your values.
